ORDER PROCESSING AND POSTAGE

We aim to process all orders within 5-7 working days.

Items sent within the UK are sent second class via Royal Mail. All other items are sent using Royal Mail International services.

Any postage overcharged will be refunded.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the unlikely event there is a problem you can return your goods to us within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging, are unused and are in a resellable condition.

To initiate a refund/return, please contact info@ewemomma.co.uk in the first instance.

The buyer is responsible for return postage. Any refunds will be processed once the goods have been received by us. We do not pay return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.

Items returned from outside the EU must be clearly labelled as 'returned merchandise' so as not to attract import duty/VAT. In the event this does not happen and we incur charges, the amount charged will be deducted from your refund value.

Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
