Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
In the unlikely event there is a problem you can return your goods to us within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging, are unused and are in a resellable condition.
To initiate a refund/return, please contact info@ewemomma.co.uk in the first instance within 14 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return postage. Any refunds will be processed once the goods have been received by us. We do not pay return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.
Items returned from outside the UK must be clearly labelled as 'returned merchandise' so as not to attract import duty/VAT. In the event returned items are not labelled as 'returned merchandise' and we incur charges, the amount charged will be deducted from your refund value.
Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Workshop/Class Cancellation policy
A refund of payment for a class or workshop will be given for cancellations only if the spot can be filled by another student, minus a 10% admin fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a class in unusual circumstances. We try to avoid this wherever possible, but sometimes it cannot be avoided. In this situation, of course, a full refund will be given.
If we need to cancel the class due to any unforeseen circumstances you will, of course, be offered a full refund or shop credit (whatever you prefer).
