Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In the unlikely event there is a problem you can return your goods to us within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging, are unused and are in a resellable condition.

To initiate a refund/return, please contact info@ewemomma.co.uk in the first instance within 14 days of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for return postage. Any refunds will be processed once the goods have been received by us. We do not pay return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.

Items returned from outside the UK must be clearly labelled as 'returned merchandise' so as not to attract import duty/VAT. In the event returned items are not labelled as 'returned merchandise' and we incur charges, the amount charged will be deducted from your refund value.

Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Workshop/Class Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair to both our customers and our tutors. Please read the following carefully before booking.

Customer Cancellations

  1. If you cancel 7 days or more before the workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.
  2. If you cancel within 3-6 days of the workshop, you will receive a 50% refund or a full transfer to another date.
  3. If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop, unfortunately no refund can be given. You may, however, transfer your place to someone else with prior notice.

Non-Attendance

If you do not attend and have not notified us in advance, no refund or transfer will be available.

Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another person or another workshop date with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a workshop due to tutor illness, low numbers, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

Materials and Preparation

Many of our workshops involve advance preparation and materials being purchased specifically for you. This is why late cancellations cannot be refunded.
