Merino DK is a lovely standard DK weight yarn made from 100% superwashed merino meaning that the fibres have been specially treated before being spun to enable it to be machine washable. It is a great yarn for an easy-care garment. The merino is very soft and not at all itchy or scratchy next to the skin. The yarn has lovely stitch definition and can be readily used in any pattern using a standard DK weight yarn.
